MINISTRY TEAMS

Our church organization is set up with ministry teams doing many of the activities in this church.

Chrismons Ministry Committee - This Ministry is an outreach Ministry of Ascension Lutheran Church. This committee is responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the Chrismons Ministry of Ascension Lutheran Church, and to fulfill its purpose - to proclaim Christ.

Education Committee – This committee is responsible for the educational opportunities that this congregation provides.

Service Committee – The service committee plans different service opportunities for the congregation to participate in each year.

Support Committee – This committee has oversight of the buildings and grounds of the church.

Witness Committee – The witness committee is primarily responsible for the evangelism and outreach efforts of the congregation.

Worship & Music Committee - Primarily concerned with the worship and music of the church. This committee makes decision and helps the Pastor lead these two important areas of congregational life.
